Cake Maternity (high-end photography, brand development)
Cake Maternity was a strategic brand piece that required a complete review of the maternity lingerie market, an overhaul of their unique proposition and a re-positioning of how they delivered themselves and to whom.
During a time in a woman's life where they might feel conscious, tired and a little below par we developed a brand that was based around celebrating yourself as a woman and your impending role as a mother.
Through the use of high-end photography in a grey scale subtle tone, a soft pastel colour palette and warmth and authenticity across all our language we were able to lift the perception of the brand above an often quite 'sexy and over stated' market that did not seem fit for the audience whatsoever.
This relationship saw us execute several high-end photo shoots, 3 sub brands, their primary e-commerce website, all digital communications / point of sale materials and a set of detailed brand guidelines.
This brand has since become a global player in its field and has moved into Australia, UK, Europe and the Uniter States.
